Four men from a neighborhood, a Protestant Christian, a Yoruban, a militant communist, and an atheist nurse question the existence of Jesus Christ and their beliefs in him in a theological debate on the street. Who is God? Who created him? What is at the origin of the universe? How will it end? And how do fact and fiction play a narrative role in the story of Jesus’ life? Making use of the historical facts that they know and aspects of their personal lives, they demoralize each other and argue in favor of their beliefs. Their frustration forces them to navigate between the divine origin of God and their worldly behaviors.
